We liked the hotel, it was luxurious and clean. The staff was courteous and the room was fantastic, we had a nice experience.

My 1 night in Niagara Falls were really great. Queen room was fabulous and impressive with a view of the falls. A safe box, television, coffee and tea making facilities were standard, but I greatly enjoyed that.

We came to Niagara Falls for one night, everything was fantastic. Liked the food at their on-site restaurant The Western Door.

Everything in this hotel was nice: magnificent location and efficient staff. The room was spotless, with a view. The facilities were excellent.

Spotlessly clean, good value hotel, its location was perfect and right by shops and the falls. Updated rooms with a view of the falls and great service. Good food and hot drinks.

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, comfortable bed and well furnished room. Its personnel was obliging and really helpful, no complaints. We had quick check-in on arrival.

It was fairly clean and fabulous hotel. Location just off Cave, Goat Island where Cave of Winds is the best place to be near the Falls and Niagara Falls. Their service was amazing too.

The room was huge with a view of the falls and the staff was amiable. The restaurant was good and its excellent dishes are to die for. Certainly an absolutely amazing experience for one night in Niagara Falls.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Niagara Falls. The hotel was exceptionally clean and big. The rooms were huge with a view, the staff were affable. I loved the good restaurant and the food was good.

It was truly exceptional and reasonably clean hotel. Affable staff, were happy to help, and any requests were accommodated. The room was non-smoking, it was individual.

Staff and rooms could not be better. Location: the hotel was not far from a tourist street and the falls and Goat Island where Cave of Winds is the best place to be near the Falls. Plus it was walking distance to Old Falls Street.

Its breakfast should have been included for the price.

The hotel is pristine and spotless, I truly enjoyed its terrific views and location. Excellent bedrooms and really comfy beds. It is found in a fairly quiet area.

Downtown Niagara Falls is a district that deserves exploring. Besides, free Wi Fi in all rooms was a bonus. Everything was impressive!

Room was big and very clean, and breakfast was good. In the evening we visited Koi Restaurant, set a few steps away from the hotel. Central heating, a private safe and a work desk were provided for a really pleasant stay. We recommend the venue and its staff...

Our experience was restful. We appreciated the room, it was large. Not to mention free WiFi. Downtown Niagara Falls district was worth exploring.
